Data Management and Reporting
AEGIS utilizes a highly customized LIMS system for core management of data and has integrated a number of features utilizing technologies already available at plant locations that greatly enhance the overall management of data and sample integrity. Key elements of the system include:
- Electronic client submission of sample information
- Bar coding of all incoming samples
- Computerized tracking of ALL internal laboratory control processes
- COMPLETE TRACEABILTY throughout the testing process
- Direct input of results to LIMS from testing equipment where applicable
- Multiple independent reviews of test results prior to final approval
- Client system access available to download results, print COA’s or obtain customized reports
- COA's are also available by email and fax
- Customizable Report Formats to match customer data requirements including EDS, Excel, ACCESS
